Purchased two Hercules C.5s from the Royal Air Force.

France:

Ordered four Super Hercules divided into two C-130J.30s and two KC-130Js. The tankers will be delivered in 2019. There are plans to buy another two C-130Js (unknown if these will be the tanker version or the stretched transport model).

Its first C-130J.30 arrived on Friday December 22, 2017.

France and Germany will operate a joint fleet of the Super Hercules with the aircraft based in France.

Germany:

On May 4, 2019 the DSCA approved the sale of three C-130J.30s and three KC-130Js. Germany intends to buy these aircraft in 2019. These will be jointly operated with France. The German MoD has (or had) a requirement to procure 12 Super Hercules.

Indonesia:

Requirement to replace its Hercules fleet. In process of securing funds to purchase five C-130Js (to be delivered by 2024).

Israel:

Three aircraft ordered with a possible three to be ordered - or already ordered but not announced.

Saudi Arabia:

Possible FMS approved but till date only two aircraft ordered (and delivered) by the Saudi Arabian Air Force.

United Kingdom:

The RAF Hercules C.5 are gradually withdrawn from service and offered for sale. Two aircraft have been sold to Bahrein. Another one is likely to be transferred to the USN/USMC and assigned to the Blue Angels display team.

United States:

The US Air Force orders all Hercules for the USAF, ANG, AFRC, USN, USMC and USGC as well as all FMS orders. Lockheed Martin is awarded contracts to purchase long lead production materials. The exact split into the several models (C-130J.30, HC-130J, MC-130J and KC-130J) is contracted at a later stage. Till then these orders are listed as C-130J.30 purchase (USAF ordering authority).
Note: The AC-130Js are delivered from the production line as MC-130J and then converted to the gunship version of the Super Hercules.

The USAF received the 400th Super Hercules on February 2, 2018. Build as a MC-130J the aircraft will be converted to AC-130J.
